  • Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by email or WhatsApp.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 working days via the same payment method.

  • Opened coffee bags are not eligible for return due to freshness and hygiene standards.
